Job summary

Invenergy, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a proactive Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance team. You will support governance, risk assessments, due diligence, and policy management across the program, collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen controls.

You will assist with project coordination, incident tracking, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across business units while upholding regulatory requirements and company standards in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, risk, governance, business operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or other approved tools to analyze data and prepare management-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Compliance leads with program activities, including intake, review, research, monitoring, documentation, tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Respond to routine inquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect information and communicate compliance requirements clearly.
• Support Compliance leads with work stream project management, including coordinating meetings, timelines, and documentation.
