Job summary

603 Legal Aid in Concord, NH seeks a Community Justice Worker Pilot Coordinator to support the CJW program's implementation and day-to-day operations. The role coordinates volunteer engagement, supports community partnerships, manages project logistics, and assists with data collection and evaluation activities.

You will work with the CJW Supervising Attorney and community partners to embed trained workers within trusted service organizations, recruit and onboard volunteers, track outcomes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in human services, public administration, legal studies, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years in program coordination, community engagement, or volunteer management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning database systems (e.g., LegalServer).
• Spanish or other language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the CJW pilot and align with program goals and grant requirements.
• Coordinate CJW trainings, meetings, and project activities; liaise between CJWs, partners, and staff.
• Recruit, onboard, and support CJW volunteers; maintain communications and scheduling.
• Build and maintain relationships with community-based partner organizations; assist in trainings and info sessions.
