Qualifications

• Must reside in Columbus, OH and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in community-based mental health or domestic violence services is a plus.
• Willingness to work after-school hours and weekends when required.
• Strong crisis management and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between HRMH and partner agencies to support survivors.
• Link clients to community resources and guide them through personal and behavioral challenges.
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per agency standards.
