Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Phoenix is seeking a Community Association Banking Relationship Banker to grow HOA banking relationships and provide tailored financial solutions for Property Management Companies. You will partner with Relationship Sales Officers to deliver deposits, treasury management, and related services.

Role requires strong relationship skills, data accuracy, and knowledge of HOA banking. This hybrid position requires two in-office days per week and daily 7am–4pm Arizona time, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience supporting or servicing customers is expected.
• HOA/community association banking knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand Community Association Banking relationships with Property Management Companies.
• Serve as primary contact for PMCs and coordinate with Relationship Sales Officers.
• Provide deposits, treasury management, and other banking services as needed.
• Deliver high-quality service, resolve escalated issues, and maintain strong relationships.
