The role requires expertise in HOA deposits and treasury services, plus strong communication and TEAMS meeting skills. Hybrid role with in-office training and Arizona timing expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or related field.
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with HOA and Property Management Companies; open and manage accounts.
• Cross-sell financial products to deepen client relationships.
• Assist in daily operations and handle vendor inquiries; support servicing workflows.
