Reporting to the Communications Director, this position creates engaging content, produces high-quality materials and executes marketing initiatives across digital, print, and media platforms that result in a stronger NDFU brand, greater public awareness of the organization's programs and priorities, and deeper engagement with members,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications and marketing or related field.
• Two+ years of experience in communications, marketing or PR.
• Experience writing for multiple platforms (print, digital, social).
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop required.
• Experience with photography/videography and websites or social media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of marketing strategies and engagement goals.
• Grow organic engagement on social media and increase views.
• Strengthen website content and brand consistency across materials.
• Write, edit, and coordinate articles, press releases and blogs.
• Coordinate photography, multimedia for events and campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust outreach to improve results.
• Produce content for digital and print platforms including newsletters.
• Collaborate with departments to identify communication needs.
