Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Commodity Planning & Procurement Manager II to lead silicon and related semiconductor supply chains in a fast-paced environment.

You will forecast demand, coordinate with suppliers, manage procurement execution, and drive continuous improvements in inventory turns and cost, while collaborating with engineering and operations teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in semiconductor supply chain, procurement or planning roles.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making with ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuity of supply across assigned commodity portfolio.
• Improve forecast accuracy and supply visibility through planning and supplier collaboration.
• Reduce shortages and expedite costs with proactive monitoring and mitigation.
• Optimize inventory turns while ensuring adequate supply coverage.
• Lead CPFR activities with suppliers and deliver executive level updates.
