KHR, partnered with East Kent’s leading legal practice, seeks a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established firm known for excellent client relationships and market leadership.

This role suits someone with significant commercial conveyancing expertise who wants a progressive, client-focused environment. Hybrid working, strong client care, and a discretionary bonus are on offer.

Formación

• Experience in commercial property law with high-value transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client-care and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and negotiating contracts contingent on planning approvals.
• Handling sales and acquisitions of property.
• Managing asset transactions, both sales and purchases.
• Overseeing overage agreements and option contracts.
• Facilitating commercial lending processes.
• Managing leases, including granting and assignment.
• Running day-to-day transactions independently while supporting the team with property development cases.
• Representing a range of clients, including developers, occupiers, lenders, and borrowers.
• Expanding and enhancing the firm’s commercial client services.
