Job summary

National Cooperative Bank seeks an Account Manager in its VA or OH office to oversee account management and servicing of designated commercial lending sectors. You will coordinate between customers, Relationship Managers, and Lenders, ensuring data quality and delivering excellent service.

The role involves managing delinquencies, processing loan draws, and maintaining covenant tracking with systems like McCracken CS Strategy, nCino, and Fiserv DNA.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in loan administration servicing commercial/multifamily loans.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to resolve customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage delinquencies, draw requests, payoff calculations, and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Book new loans and modify loans, input data into loan servicing systems, and maintain tracking records.
• Monitor covenant information, issue tracking letters monthly, and follow up with borrowers.
• Review loan servicing reports, generate ad-hoc reports, and resolve servicing or payment issues.
