• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York State Bar.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively in a team, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents; manage discovery; conduct legal research.
• Review and analyze case files and evidence; support strategy development in commercial litigation matters.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts; prepare for depositions, hearings, and conferences.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings; assist with case management and deadlines.
