Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited top law school.
• Bar membership, active and in good standing in New York.
• 2–4 years of strong commercial litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare to assume significant responsibility in the management of matters, with front-facing roles with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred.
• Exhibit excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills.
