Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager in Hewlett, NY. The role supports an Account Executive with servicing commercial insurance accounts and requires coordination with carriers and internal teams in a hybrid work setting.

The compensation includes a base salary in the 70k–80k/year range, plus 50% on new and renewal business you bring in. Hybrid schedule: 2 days from home. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC agency management system.
• Experience working for a retail insurance agency.
• Experience servicing commercial lines accounts.
• Experience processing certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, policy changes, renewals, invoicing, and policy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Executive with servicing commercial insurance accounts.
• Process COIs, ID cards, endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and other servicing activities.
• Maintain client account records in the agency management system and assist with day-to-day administration.
• Support primarily commercial real estate accounts while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
