Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in P&C at an insurance carrier, broker or risk management role.
• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance or related field.
• Great communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or assist in the renewal cycle for select commercial insurance programs.
• Advise internal teams on potential risks and insurance coverage requirements for company initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with broker and carrier partners.
• Review and negotiate insurance terms in contracts.
• Document and track coverage structures and rates.
• Provide administrative support for insurance programs including certificates of insurance, renewal submissions, policy and form reviews, and stewardship meetings.
