Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in P&C at an insurance carrier, broker or risk management role.
• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or assist in renewal cycles for select commercial insurance programs.
• Advise internal teams on risks and insurance coverage needs for initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with broker and carrier partners.
• Review and negotiate insurance terms in contracts.
• Document and track coverage structures and rates.
• Provide administrative support for insurance programs (certificates, renewals, reviews, stewardship meetings).
