Job summary

Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Commercial Data & Insights Analyst to lead data-driven insights, refine analytical pipelines, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

The role partners with regional and global teams to support omnichannel effectiveness, sales performance, and customer engagement. Based in Princeton, NJ, this hybrid position requires three in-office days and offers collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Operations in a modern data environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, data science, or a related role.
• Experience with structured data, SQL, and cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Databricks).
• Hands-on Python experience for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience in commercial, customer, or omnichannel analytics is a strong plus.
• Experience with Machine Learning pipelines or model validation practices (e.g., output validation, parameter tuning, model drift monitoring) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and structure data from multiple sources, including CRM systems and data pipelines.
• Support NBA analytics, including feature analysis, performance monitoring, and outcome measurement.
• Validate NBA outputs, monitor data drift, and align with business and clinical context.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs.
• Analyze performance across channels to support omnichannel measurement and optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to align outputs with business needs.
• Document workflows, assumptions, and methodologies for reproducibility and data quality.
• Prepare stakeholder-ready materials and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Independently manage analytics projects from problem definition to recommendations.
