Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in compliance coding and billing audits, including supervising and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in acute care hospital and provider office coding/auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coding audit team and oversee auditing and monitoring activities.
• Develop policies, procedures, and educational materials on billing and coding compliance.
• Collaborate with auditees, providers, and leadership to guide rebuttals and corrective action plans.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior leadership and committees.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements (CMS/Medicaid) and payer guidelines.
