Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a CMV Delivery Driver in Columbus, OH to safely transport goods and deliver on schedule. You will load, unload, and handle deliveries while maintaining professional customer service with clients.

As a member of the GEODIS team, you must comply with FMCSA regulations and company policies. The role supports a hybrid work schedule, requiring office presence four days a week with one remote day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle or in a similar role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Plan and follow DOT compliance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CMV with GVWR 10001–26,001 lb in DOT-compliant manner.
• Safely load and unload goods and ensure items are not damaged.
• Deliver goods to specified locations according to schedule.
• Plan efficient routes considering traffic and conditions.
• Provide professional customer service and obtain delivery signatures.
