Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Infrastructure Systems team. You will implement, maintain, and improve enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments, with focus on Linux systems, Azure, and Microsoft technologies.

The role includes support of VoIP platforms, Active Directory, and disaster recovery, plus developing automation with Ansible and Azure DevOps. Remote work requires high-speed internet and a cloud/on-prem hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Five+ years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting enterprise hybrid cloud environments.
Strong experience with Linux operating systems and Linux-hosted applications.
Enterprise Azure technologies experience in an organization.
Windows Server administration, Azure Virtual Desktop, and enterprise infrastructure services.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving across infrastructure, networking, identity, and application platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise VoIP and telecommunications platforms, including Asterisk-based systems.
Troubleshoot Linux-hosted applications, web services, authentication systems, certificates, DNS, load balancing, and performance issues.
Administer and support Azure cloud environments, VM, storage, and cloud services.
Manage and maintain hybrid cloud on-premises infrastructure.
Deploy, configure, and support Windows Server environments and related services.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and exercises.
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and procedures.
Collaborate with teams, vendors, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed.
