Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an MSP or similar client-facing IT environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology projects for SMB clients.
• Experience with project documentation and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute small to medium-size client projects from planning through implementation.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during project implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms and vendors.
