Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to drive cloud security strategy, governance, and operational excellence across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS. You will lead CloudSOC and Prisma Cloud CSPM, partner with IAM and application teams, and deliver governance dashboards and executive reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 8-10+ years in cybersecurity with 3-5+ years in cloud security, strong AWS/Azure knowledge, and a collaborative, leadership-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3-5+ years in cloud security.
• Hands-on experience administering Broadcom CloudSOC (Symantec CASB).
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma Cloud CSPM.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms and cloud governance.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to reduce Shadow IT and secure cloud adoption.
• Proven ability to build security roadmaps and executive-level metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and optimization of CloudSOC (Symantec CASB) and Prisma Cloud CSPM.
• Partner with application owners to discover, assess, and eliminate Shadow IT while enabling secure cloud adoption.
• Collaborate with IAM teams to strengthen identity governance and Zero Trust across cloud platforms.
• Serve as the cloud security SME, providing guidance and risk-based recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and executive reporting on cloud risks and improvements.
• Drive proactive roadmap planning and continuous improvement for CASB, CSPM, and cloud governance.
• Assess cloud environments against standards and regulations, providing remediation guidance.
• Provide on-call support for critical cloud security events and incidents.
