Job summary

CleanSlate Technology Group (CSTG) is seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design and deliver modern cloud platforms on AWS and Azure. You will lead delivery across SDLC workflows, infrastructure as code, and site reliability automation for globally accessible solutions.

The role requires hands-on creation of automation, collaboration with clients, and mentoring teammates. Hybrid work arrangement around Carmel, IN with up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with DevOps platforms or similar automation.
• 5 years in the overall design and implementation of DevOps platforms.
• 3 years hands-on experience implementing AWS and/or Azure cloud solutions.
• 1 year with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations.
• Deep technical expertise building and managing enterprise-scale DevOps platforms and automation.
• Understanding of enterprise software development tools and methodologies.
• Experience facilitating design sessions with clients and technical teams.
• Experience integrating Identity and Access Management and security best practices.
• Strong communication skills across varied audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver DevOps solutions for modern cloud tenants and deployments.
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions per blueprints and strategy.
• Build complex automation platforms to support applications.
• Embrace agile delivery and advance DevOps practices.
• Ensure DevOps methodologies and automation meet project needs.
• Advise on infrastructure architecture to meet application needs.
• Interact with clients during presales or consultancy roles.
• Provide input and estimates for proposals.
