Job summary

CleanSlate Technology Group (CSTG) designs and delivers modern DevOps platforms for cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure. The role emphasizes SDLC workflows, IaC, build and release automation, and site reliability across global cloud platforms.

The candidate will lead delivery, collaborate with client teams, and mentor engineers while traveling up to 10% and working hybrid in the Carmel, IN area.

Qualifications

• 7 years of DevOps/platform experience as per requirements.
• 5 years in design/implementation of DevOps platforms.
• 3 years hands-on AWS and/or Azure experience.
• Experience with IaC implementations and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps delivery for cloud-based platforms on AWS/Azure.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain automated build, test, and deployment tooling.
• Guide and mentor CleanSlate team members on new skills.
