• Plans and delivers features for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring resources are allocated and goals/timelines/budgets are met.
• Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations regarding deliverables, quality, schedules, and costs.
• Proactively identifies process improvement and cost reduction opportunities and achieves operational excellence through metrics and continuous learning.
• Provides people management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting, and monitoring of performance goals, coaching, and career development.
• Builds a best-in-class engineering team that delivers excellent results.
• Advanced project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
