Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years of engineering development experience, including 2–10 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing, developing, and sustaining products, enhancements, and updates.
• Plans and delivers features for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring resources are allocated and goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs.
• Proactively identifies process improvement and cost reduction opportunities and achieves operational excellence through metrics.
• Provides people management for assigned team members, including hiring, goal setting, coaching, and career development.
• Builds a best-in-class engineering team that delivers excellent results.
• Advanced project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
