You’ll gather requirements, map processes, analyze data, and coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Requirements Gathering & Management: Elicit detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translate into clear specs.
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Map current-state processes and design improved future-state workflows to reduce bottlenecks and costs.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze datasets to uncover trends and support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as hub between business units and technical teams to align on solutions.
• Solution Validation & Testing: Define acceptance criteria and oversee UAT.
• Change Management: Assist in training end-users and creating process documentation.
