In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering:Elicit, validate, and document business, functional, and technical specifications.
• Process Modelling:Map existing and future business workflows, systems, and data structures.
• Data Analysis:Analyze commercial data, metrics, and trends using tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Stakeholder Communication:Act as a bridge between technical teams, management, and external partners to explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Solution Validation:Plan and oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance of new processes or systems.
• Change Management:Assess the risks, costs, and benefits of proposed changes and support teams during transition

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
