Qualifications

• Three years of IT experience in hybrid cloud backup administration.
• Experience with backup solutions (e.g., Commvault, Azure Backup).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex backup/recovery issues.
• Experience with security and access audits for backup systems.
• Experience with IaC tools (Git, Azure Bicep, Terraform, YAML/JSON/HCL).
• Strong communication and customer-focused problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Implementing, configuring, and testing hybrid cloud backup solutions across on-premises and cloud.
• Troubleshooting backup or recovery issues and analyzing performance and capacity trends.
• Conducting security and access audits and validating remediation actions.
• Monitoring backup platform health and responding to system alerts.
• Using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools to deploy backup resources.
• Communicating clearly with stakeholders and documenting runbooks.
