Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing and migration to cloud.
• Ability to build relationships between customers and team members.
• Knowledge to integrate services and tools across networks and data processing.
• Experience implementing security information and event management to protect assets.
• Experience with AWS and Azure service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cloud management strategies to maximize workload flexibility and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT Security to manage cloud security of data and networks.
• Engineer customer-premise applications and systems connected to cloud resources.
• Design and define system architectures for new or existing complex computer systems.
• Specify system requirements, inputs/outputs, and parameters for hardware/software compatibility and security.
• Coordinate subsystem designs and total system integration, identifying and addressing deficiencies.
• Develop and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance for DBAs and software developers.
