• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, detail-oriented and thorough.
• Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements data integration between Rutgers systems using enterprise cloud services.
• Maintains and improves supported web-based applications and communicates with vendor support as needed.
• Troubleshoots issues, collaborates with staff, and resolves open problems with functional users.
• Participates in change management and release management activities and reports risks and dependencies.
• Participates in test planning and performs unit, integration, and performance testing; applies optimizations.
