Qualifications

• 2 years of experience reading code in a general purpose language or in system design.
• 2 years of AIML experience with model development and deployment.
• 3+ years troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
• Familiarity with support methodologies and case lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Compute fundamentals: virtualization, containerization, OS, and system administration.
• Cloud Platform Engineering Exposure: experience with cloud platform engineering services.
• Technical Consulting Expertise: exposure to technical consulting roles.
• Cloud Technologies: experience with GCP, AWS and Azure and their AI/ML services.
• Generative AI: experience with LLMs and Google Cloud products (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini).
• ML Development: model development and deployment.
• AIML Frameworks: deep learning frameworks, accelerators, model architectures.
• Troubleshooting: 3+ years diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Support Experience: familiarity with support methodologies and case lifecycles.
