Job summary

IBM Consulting in the United States is seeking a skilled cloud and AI-focused engineer to join the team. You will work with clients to shape hybrid cloud and AI journeys, applying compute fundamentals, cloud technologies, and ML development to deliver impactful solutions.

The role requires 1–5 years of experience in code reading, AIML deployment, troubleshooting complex issues, and familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and AI services.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of related IT or consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and AI concepts.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience with ML model development and deployment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Compute fundamentals and system administration concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platform engineering services.
• Experience in technical consulting roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their AI services.
• Experience with Generative AI and Google Cloud products (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini).
• ML model development and deployment experience.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax) and AI accelerators.
