Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a specialist to advance cloud platforms, AI/ML initiatives, and technical consulting engagements. You will contribute to compute architecture, troubleshooting, and client-facing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, preference for hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/Azure, Vertex AI, and open-source ML frameworks. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related fields are desired.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of compute concepts including virtualization, containerization, operating systems, and system administration.
Experience with cloud platform engineering services and technical consulting roles.
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure and their AI/ML services.
Experience with Generative AI and Google Cloud products (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini).
Experience with ML model development and deployment.
Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray) and AI accelerators (TPUs, GPUs).
Familiarity with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
Experience with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical problem-solving
