Nonotuck Resource Associates is seeking a Clinician to join our Northampton team and contribute to our mission of providing person-centered, community-based support. Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or a related field.
• Experience delivering clinical care to individuals with developmental disabilities; home-based or shared living experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DDS, Adult Foster Care, and HCBS waivers is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical assessments, counseling, and behavioral support plans and accompany person served to clinical visits.
• Serve as liaison to state agencies, local offices, and external service providers.
• Conduct in-service and in-home training to strengthen caregiver and staff knowledge.
