Qualifications

• Experience providing clinical care to individuals with developmental disabilities; shared living or home-based experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DDS, Adult Foster Care, and HCBS waivers is helpful but not required.
• Background check is required.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and external providers.
• Conduct training to strengthen caregiver and staff knowledge.
• Provide ongoing assessments to ensure high-quality support.
