Qualifications

• ABA law degree and bar admission.
• 5–8 years in biotech/pharma or government.
• Broad understanding of life sciences and contracts in clinical ops.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and processing clinical trial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for clinical trial contracting with CROs and sites.
• Draft, review, and negotiate clinical trial agreements and related documents.
• Lead CLM for clinical agreements, develop playbooks and standard terms, and promote efficient contracting.
