Job summary

You will lead clinical project execution, develop monitoring plans, mentor CRAs, manage site start-up and budgets, and ensure GCP compliance while driving process improvements across trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in clinical research within an industrial setting.
• Experience in study management, including managing moderate to complex studies.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes clinical operations for simple to complex clinical trials.
• Leads CRAs and CTAs, ensuring GCP compliance.
• Develops clinical monitoring plan(s) and informed consent documents and study tools.
• Trains CRA team and tracks documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentors CRAs and supports site challenges with on-site visits.
• Leads site start‑up activities including site selection and budget negotiations.
• Monitors the status of site budget and contract negotiations; tracks expenses.
• Generates metrics to ensure timelines and goals are met.
• Presents Investigator Meetings and trainings as required.
• Drives continuous process improvement in clinical operations.
