Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Understanding of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with clinical study operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day clinical study activities and inspection readiness under supervision.
• Collaborate with CTM, study teams, vendors, and CROs to support study activities.
• Prepare and coordinate bi-weekly clinical trial team meetings and finalise materials.
• Develop and review study documents including essential document packets and study plans.
• Contribute to writing and review of protocols, ICFs, investigator brochures, and trial reports.
• Maintain audit-ready TMF documentation and lead internal TMF quality reviews.
• Track patient samples and coordinate data deliverables with sites and labs.
• Assist finance with invoices, projections, and per-patient cost estimates.
• Work with CRO on startup activities to ensure timelines are met.
• Review monitoring visit reports and close outstanding follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Nonclinical, CROs, and vendors.
• Maintain trial-related processes/systems with study vendors.
• Help develop timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data cuts and analyses.
• Monitor progress and report on budget and timelines.
• Update patient trackers and provide real-time updates to the Clinical Trial Team.
• Initiate clinicaltrials.gov updates and publications as needed.
• Participate in SOP preparation and review.
