Responsibilities

• Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases and policy adherence.
• Provide direct clinical oversight and support.
• Drive clinical outcomes and KPIs for counselors.
• Conduct supervision for skill development and performance improvement.
• Observe counseling services and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Regional Director for day-to-day operations.
• Assist with site audits and training needs.
• Provide coverage and/or direct clinical services as needed.
• Participate in counselor interviews and quarterly performance reviews.
• Roll out new clinical protocols and initiatives.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
• Represent the organization in meetings and events as clinical expert.
