Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions in Washington seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor licensed in WA to lead the SNF behavioral health program. You will provide clinical oversight, support therapists, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality care while managing a meaningful therapy caseload.

You'll supervise LMHC/LMFT/LICSW clinicians, guide treatment planning, and collaborate with facility leadership and the Chief Clinical Officer to advance statewide clinical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current WA licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Eligible to supervise clinicians in Washington.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical behavioral health experience.
• Hybrid schedule with routine facility presence across WA.
• Experience with EHR systems (Athena) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and service delivery in WA SNFs.
• Provide clinical supervision to LMHC/LMFT/LICSW and other staff.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, and professional development.
• Deliver therapy to individuals in WA facilities.
• Collaborate with Chief Clinical Officer and facility leadership on standards.
