Institute for Health and Recovery (IHR) in Springfield, MA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Family Engagement Program. This exempt, 40-hour per week hybrid role reports to the Director of the Family Engagement Program and offers salary commensurate with education and licensure.

The role involves supervising a team of Family Engagement Specialists and Peer Recovery Specialists, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining clinical quality. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Independent clinical license (LICSW or LMHC).
• Experience supervising bachelor's- and master's-level clinicians.
• Familiarity with Western MA community resources.
• Collaborative approach to helping others grow and supporting staff through documentation.
• Bonus: experience with substance use, child welfare, or home-based services.
• Bonus: bilingual/bicultural in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access for regional travel.

Aufgaben

• Supervise clinically — guide Family Engagement Specialists and Peer Recovery Specialists delivering home-based services.
• Manage the program — day-to-day operations.
• Build the team — recruit, hire, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Handle the systems — oversee EHR, Virtual Gateway, shared calendars, timesheets, and supervisor check-ins.
• Stay hands-on — carry a small caseload (1–3 families) providing home-based mental health and substance use treatment.
