Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active licensure and suicide prevention certification preferred.
• At least 3 years in crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Multi-program service environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and provide timely consultation for complex client interactions.
• Coordinate clinical debriefings, shift-level support, and staff learning.
• Deliver and reinforce clinical training, onboarding, and continuing education for frontline staff.
• Coordinate case reviews and identify coaching opportunities to improve frontline practice and service consistency.
• Escalate program trends, staffing concerns, and frontline support needs to inform CQI and engagement priorities.
