Job summary

HeartLine is seeking a Clinical Services Assistant Director based in Oklahoma City. The role translates clinical strategy into coordinated CQI, reporting, wellness, engagement, and cross-program initiatives to strengthen consistency across programs.

This position requires regular attendance at our Oklahoma City office and residency in Oklahoma. The candidate will support managers with tools, data, and implementation guidance, and lead staff wellness and development efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required with active licensure.
• Minimum four years in crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related field.
• Experience in CQI, staff wellness, data analysis, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-program CQI initiatives, audits, and improvement projects.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate staff wellness, resilience, and engagement activities.
• Support planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical training.
• Translate priorities into coordinated projects and reporting routines.
