Intermountain Health Research is seeking a Research Project Coordinator to support clinical and federally funded studies across the Intermountain system. You will partner with investigators, teams, and sponsors to manage timelines, budgets, regulatory requirements, and deliverables from startup through closeout.

You will thrive coordinating complex projects, building relationships, and keeping multiple priorities moving forward in a hybrid role with occasional on-site work in Murray, Utah.

Qualifications

• Effective organizational skills with professional communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders and complex issues.
• Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, e‑mail, and scheduling applications.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the Intermountain system and work from different locations.
• Clinical licensure, experience or certification may be required due to grant funding requirements.
• Degree verification and education through an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of experience in a research or relevant healthcare/business role requiring strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support various clinical research studies and departments across the Intermountain system.
• Define, develop, and execute clinical research project plans, including work plans and schedules.
• Develop comprehensive budget and scope documents for clinical research studies.
• Analyze study requirements to ensure sponsor and study requirements are met.
• Participate in quality assurance plans and prepare reports and presentations on findings.
• Manage study startup, maintenance, and closeout activities and provide support on study financials.
• Develop Medicare Coverage Analysis for clinical trials and review reimbursement guidelines.
• Coordinate project assessments, communicate risks, and lead auditing activities for compliance.
