Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated RN to coordinate clinical research projects at the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. You will work with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure adherence to research protocols and informed consent, while collecting and reporting study data.

Qualifications
- Current State of Utah RN license.
- BLS certification (healthcare providers).
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email including scheduling applications.
- Experience in roles requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- BSN within three years of hire or promotion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical research projects with managers/directors and staff.
- Develop project proposals, data analysis and protocol budgets.
- Facilitate staff education and certification for research processes.
- Monitor nurse productivity and site operations; mentor and train staff.
- Ensure confidentiality and quality assurance of data and procedures.
- Review proposals, policies and manuals to support study implementation.
