Job summary

The University of Washington’s Division of Hematology & Oncology is seeking a Clinical Research Data Coordinator to join the Melanoma/Renal Clinical Trials Research Program. This on-site role at FHCC offers hybrid telework up to two days per week after training.

Reporting to the Data Manager, you will abstract clinical data from medical records, coordinate sample tracking, and support investigators with data preparation for publications and grants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a health-related field and one year of relevant experience in a health or medical field.
• Applicants who do not meet minimum qualifications will not be forwarded to the Hiring Manager.”

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code complex clinical information from multiple sources for research subjects.
• Maintain computer spreadsheets and databases for studies.
• Draft scheduling requests and track study subject appointments.
• Interact with patients at study visits to collect data and perform ECGs as required.
• Assist investigators with preparation and analysis of study data for publications and grants.
