Job summary

LifeStance Health in Mishawaka, IN is seeking Clinical or Testing Psychologists to support the launch of our new South Bend area office. The role may provide testing services, psychotherapy, or both, with flexible schedules and a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates are fully licensed in Indiana (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent assessments, and skilled in testing intakes, battery planning, report writing and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Indiana, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experience with conducting assessments for adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• Hybrid role; candidates should be based in Mishawaka.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing assessments and develop batteries for evaluations.
• Provide psychotherapy services as applicable.
• Write comprehensive reports and deliver feedback to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate care.
