Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Indiana (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience conducting assessments for adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Experience with testing intakes, batteries, reports and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of psychological assessments for adults and/or youths.
• Plan test batteries, perform testing, and document findings.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback sessions to patients and families.
