Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs across lines of business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
• Maintain program resources, drug lists, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide pharmacist input for workflows and clinical decision-making.
• Manage third-party vendors overseeing disease management.
• Support go-to-market activities including pricing and marketing.
• Assist with RFI/RFP submissions.
• Monitor program performance and reporting requirements.
• Support staff training and onboarding.
• Serve as preceptor for students.
