Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• 2+ years of health plan/PBM/managed care and/or clinical program management experience.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid, fast paced environment.
• Experience with clinical analytics, reporting, and/or large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs across all lines of business (pharmacy and medical).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and manage programs.
• Maintain clinical program resources, drug lists, rules, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide pharmacist expertise for program workflows, outreach, prescriber communications, and clinical decisions.
• Oversee third-party vendors to administer clinical programs focusing on disease management.
