Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.; Residency certificate or advanced degree preferred
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice
• Strong clinical pharmacy background with business acumen and knowledge of health care economics
• Experience leading teams in a managed health care system or hospital setting
• Knowledge of Medicare/CMS regulations, coding systems, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical pharmacy programs (Stars, HEDIS, eValu8, etc.) and drive safety, quality, and affordability initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams and external vendors to achieve program goals
• Ensure service levels, contractual obligations, and regulatory compliance across programs
• Provide routine reporting and analytics for oversight of programs
• Mentor and develop staff and manage resources and workload
• Oversee department budget, staffing, and project plans
